Assembled a full IKEA PAX wardrobe system with sliding doors in a master bedroom, including all internal shelving and drawer units. Done in a single visit.

Mounted a 65-inch Samsung QLED onto a plasterboard wall in the lounge. All cables were concealed behind the wall for a clean, floating finish.

Hung a large gilt-framed mirror in the hallway and fitted two sets of floating shelves in the kitchen - all perfectly levelled and secure.

Replaced a dripping kitchen tap and re-siliconed the bath surround. Also sorted a slow-draining bathroom sink in the same visit.

Boxed in the exposed pipes in the utility room and built a set of custom shelving to fit an awkward alcove, finished with a matching paint job.

Fitted new laminate flooring throughout the ground floor across three rooms, including underlay and beading for a seamless finish.

Painted the living room and hallway ceiling with two coats of eggshell. Woodwork was glossed and fresh skirting boards fitted throughout.

Swapped out all the sockets and light switches in the kitchen for modern brushed chrome fittings, including two new USB charging points.

Replaced cracked tiles in the bathroom, re-grouted the shower enclosure, and fitted fresh silicone sealant around the bath.

Replaced three storm-damaged fence panels and re-felted the garden shed roof to keep it watertight heading into the winter months.

Pressure washed and treated the rear garden decking, removing years of built-up algae and moss. Finished with a protective oil to restore the original colour.

Set up a brand new desktop PC, got the wireless printer running, and installed a mesh Wi-Fi system to kill the dead spots around the house.
